Superhero Manifesto

LumiNate

LumiNate is a light-based superhero like Dazzler or Dr. Light. At the most basic, his costume consists of embedded led lights connected by a series of glowing strips across his costume but a more advanced version embeds strobes that go off on command to temporarily blind and confuse onlookers and attackers. His LED lights would also be controlled by a control pad on his arm to vary the display.

Fragment

Fragment is a sound-based superhero. She carries a focused low frequency emitter as a defensive weapon. When pointed at someone and cranked to full power this can cause nausea, cramping and disorientation. Her costume would also be designed to disorient having small reflective panels arranged all over it making it hard for people under her sound weapons influence to focus on her. She also carries other sound oriented devices, high pitched whistles, air horn, etc.
