Superhero Manifesto

Stingray

Stingray is a sort of Aquaman/Submariner type of superhero. A “King of the Seas” sort. To make this practical, he would need to be located in a city on or near the water, either oceanside or on a large lake or river. Most major American cities fortunately can meet this definition.

Stingray’s costume consists of a wetsuit with diving goggles, belt and diving tank or rebreather. Per his aquatic superhero nature, he carries a trident which is a modified electric taser. Stingray would almost certainly need some sort of aquatic vehicle to get around.

Roller

This superhero is your basic “speedster” type with comic book precedents in the Flash or Quicksilver. Her basic “superpower” is her ability to move extremely fast. Needless to say, this would not be like a comic book superhero who moves at the speed of sound, but would be someone well trained and practiced at rollerblading and be in great athletic shape.

Ideally, this superhero has top-notch rollerblades and a racing suit to enhance speed.
